We have a team of professionals ready to assist you with all of your needs, including moving seniors assistance, senior move planning, and senior relocation services.

We provide moving seniors assistance to help you select a retirement or assisted living community that’s right for you or your parent(s). Our senior relocation services assist with sorting and inventorying personal possessions, and we help you decide what you want for your new home. We can also assist in planning the placement of furniture in your new space and ensure a safe move for individuals with special needs. Our team can manage the sale, removal, gifting, and donation of tangible personal property while coordinating communications between family, housing, and vendors. Additionally, we help locate important documents, schedule and coordinate the entire move based on your personal needs, and oversee the movers. We will take care of packing for and unpacking at your new home, coordinating the move, and hooking up electronics. We can hang pictures, set up furniture, and assist in connecting you with needed estate planners or attorneys if necessary. And much, much more. We will meet and discuss your specific needs prior to the move. These services will be billed separately and in addition to our real estate services based on individual needs. We would be happy to discuss this with you in person when we meet to find out what your personal needs are. This is only a short list of some of the things we can help with, and not all of these services are needed by each client.
